This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and your rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).
What we collect
Shop orders: name, mobile number, delivery address, PIN code, state, email if you give it, order contents and payment status.
Salon bookings: name, mobile number, requested service, artist preference if any, and appointment time.
When you message us: whatever you send on WhatsApp, email, phone or the contact form.
Technical data needed to run the site: cart contents, cookies that keep you logged into a session, and basic server logs (IP address, browser type) for security.
We do not collect or store card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs or bank passwords. Payment credentials go only to Razorpay.
Why we collect it (purpose)
To take payment, pack and deliver orders, confirm bookings, send order and appointment updates, issue invoices, and answer support requests.
To keep a studio record of services and purchases so we can look after you on a later visit.
To meet tax, accounting and payment-aggregator record-keeping rules.
To send offers only if you ask for them. You can stop those messages at any time.
Who we share it with
Razorpay Software Limited, to process payments. Razorpay is a PCI DSS Level 1 payment aggregator. Their privacy policy applies to data they process as part of checkout.
Courier / delivery partners, who receive only your name, address and phone number to deliver the parcel.
Hosting and email infrastructure we use to run the website, under contracts that limit use to providing that service.
We do not sell personal data. We do not share it for third-party advertising. We may disclose data if Indian law requires it.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar storage that the site needs to work — especially to remember your shopping bag. Clearing site data empties the bag. We do not use those cookies to advertise to you on other websites.
How long we keep it
Order, invoice and payment records are kept for as long as tax and payment-aggregator rules require (typically eight years for books of account in India).
Booking and contact details are kept while you are a customer and for a reasonable period after, unless you ask us to delete them and we are not required to retain them.
Your rights (DPDP Act)
You may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold, ask us to correct it, withdraw consent for optional messages, or ask us to erase data we are not legally required to keep.
Write to [email protected] or call 7042599796. We will acknowledge within 48 hours and complete the request within one month, unless law requires us to keep the record.
Keeping it safe
The site is served over HTTPS (TLS 1.2 or higher). Admin and customer data sit on access-controlled systems. Payment card data is never stored on our servers.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach is likely to affect you, we will inform you and the Data Protection Board as required by law.
Children
The shop and booking tools are intended for adults. We do not knowingly take online payments from children. A parent or guardian should place any order or booking for a minor.
Updates
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
How to raise a complaint
Email, call or WhatsApp us with your name, order or booking reference, and what went wrong. We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month, as required under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
